Johnny Manziel was officially named the Cleveland Browns' starting quarterback on Tuesday for this week's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals, per Mary Kay Cabot of the Northeast Ohio Media Group, but the celebration already began over the weekend.

The rookie signal-caller turned 22 on Saturday, and it looks like he pulled out all the stops.

Colossal Cupcakes, a local establishment in downtown Cleveland, posted an image of Johnny's extravagant birthday cake on Instagram.

It's only fitting that the cake resembled bags of money. According to TMZ, Colossal Cupcakes owner Kelly Kandah says the 45-pound dessert cost $600.

Happy belated, Johnny.
