Tiger Woods not only had to battle the course at the Hero World Challenge this weekend but also had to fight off a stomach bug.

The 38-year-old golfer has struggled at the tournament and finds himself at the bottom of the leaderboard through three rounds after digging himself a hole on the first day. On Saturday, an illness put him at a huge disadvantage.

Woods looked visibly uncomfortable in the third round and even started to dry-heave on the course. It appears as though Woods did actually throw up during play at one point.

Oddly enough, Woods had his best round (69) of the tournament despite battling the illness.
