Mel Tucker Rumors: Latest Buzz, Speculation on DC's Future with Bears
Despite coming into the season with playoff aspirations, the Chicago Bears have been one of the NFL's most disappointing teams, limping to a 5-8 record this year. It would hardly be shocking if the organization made changes this offseason, and one of the first dominoes to fall could be defensive coordinator Mel Tucker.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Tucker, who is in his second year as Chicago's defensive coordinator, has seen his defensive unit struggle all year. The Bears are 32nd in the NFL in points allowed per game (29.1), 28th in passing yards per game (265) and 21st in rushing yards per contest (112.3). In consecutive losses, they gave up 34 points to the Detroit Lions in Week 13 and 41 points to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 14.
While the Bears have far from the most impressive personnel on the defensive side of the ball and injuries to key players like Charles Tillman haven't helped, Chicago's defensive numbers this year have been a huge disappointment.
Ultimately, it appears as though that failing will fall squarely on Tucker's shoulders.
