Burks Sustains Shoulder Injury

Jody Genessy of The Deseret News reported Burks is dealing with shoulder inflammation:

The Jazz officially announced that Burks will be out of action during Utah's Friday matchup with Orlando in addition to Wednesday's game against Toronto:

In 18 games this season, Burks is averaging 13.3 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. He took a hard foul from Denver's Arron Afflalo on Monday that resulted in Afflalo receiving a flagrant-2, though Burks was able to continue playing the game.
