Salas Leaves Dolphins Game With Hamstring Injury
The Jets' official Twitter account had the details on Salas' status after the injury occurred:
Salas did provide a welcome changeup to the Jets' lackluster offense with a 20-yard touchdown run, but it caused him to leave the field. The team still has other playmakers like Eric Decker and Percy Harvin to help young quarterback Geno Smith.
With how erratic and turnover-prone Smith has been in the past, look for New York to stick to the ground game and for Salas' absence not to be too costly.
