Jamaal Charles, Knile Davis' Post-Week 13 Fantasy Reaction
A halftime deficit took opportunities away from Kansas City Chiefs running backs Jamaal Charles and Knile Davis on Sunday night against the Denver Broncos. The Broncos jumped out to a 17-0 lead and led 20-7 at the half.
Davis didn't have a single rushing attempt or reception in the game. Charles had just 10 carries for 35 yards. He did catch a 12-yard touchdown pass from Alex Smith in the fourth quarter.
The score brought the Chiefs within 10 points at 26-16, and it helped to improve what was going to be an abysmal day for his fantasy owners. The Kansas City Chiefs Blog would seemingly have preferred to see more of Charles on Sunday night:

Here's a look at Charles' day.
| 10 | 35 | 3 | 27 | 1 |
Don't worry too much about Charles' modest production on Sunday. As long as he is healthy, he'll continue to be an automatic start in any fantasy league. He's one of the NFL's most consistent backs, though he does have just one 100-yard rushing game this season.
He has still scored 12 touchdowns in as many games. Most fantasy owners will gladly take one score per game from their running backs.
Davis is another story entirely.
With zero production on Sunday night, it's tempting to dump him. Over the past five games, Davis hasn't run for more than 10 yards in a game, and he has just one score. As long as Charles is healthy, there's no need for Davis to occupy a roster spot.
