Talib Strains Hamstring
Mike Klis of The Denver Post noted that cornerback Aqib Talib will miss the game because of a strained hamstring. Talib strained that hamstring in the win over the Miami Dolphins in Week 12.
Look for rookie cornerback Bradley Roby to take Talib’s place in the lineup. The Ohio State product brings plenty of speed and athleticism to the table, although Talib is a tested veteran who has played in big games like this before.
Talib, 28, has 43 tackles, two interceptions and a defensive touchdown on the year, but he has never played in all 16 games of a season since he entered the NFL in 2008.
