Washington Husky Player Profile: D'andre Goodwin

They Washington Huskys had few bright spots during a 0-12 season last year, but one of them was wide receiver D'Andree Goodwin, Goodwin will return as the number one leading wide receiver in catches, and 2nd in yards, behind USC WR Damain Williams. Goodwin times out at a 4.45 yard dash, and his best time is a 4.37

Goodwin is 5-11, 170 pounds, and has good speed, and great hands, last year on a horrid team he managed to catch 60 passes for 692 yards in 11 games. He battled rib injuries and played with a very bad Quarterback in Ronnie Fouch and had to step up big for the Huskys.

Goodwin should be Quarterback Jake Lockers go-to-guy in 2009, and look for him to put up over 800 yards, and 8 TD. Goodwin came into 2008 with just 4 catches in his college career but exploded into a threat for Washington. He is a top 5 PAC-10 WR, and will benifet with the return of a healthy Jake Locker.
