Fantasy Football Week 13: Best Draft Kings and FanDuel Picks for Weekend Tilts
The Indianapolis Colts' Andrew Luck will cost you a pretty penny in salary this weekend, but don't let your Draft Kings or FanDuel team be caught without him.
Luck's price tag of $10,100 on FanDuel and $9,700 on Draft Kings is going to eat up a good portion of your cap space. Still, he's too good of a matchup against a lowly Washington team to resist. Coming into Sunday's game, Luck is averaging 2.6 touchdown passes and 331 passing yards per game.
That equates to approximately 25 fantasy points per game. Per the team's official site, Washington has four members of the defense listed as questionable or worse on the injury report. One of those men is safety Ryan Clark.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Washington can ill afford to be down anyone heading into a matchup with Luck and the Colts. Being without a defensive leader like Clark should lead to a big day for Luck and his receivers.
Pay the cost to put Luck on your squads this week.
T.Y. Hilton: $8,100 on Draft Kings and $8,700 on FanDuel

Luck has to throw the ball to someone. With Clark out, the safety help over the top may not be adequate to contain a burner like T.Y. Hilton.
"Congrats to TY Hilton for his 3rd straight 1,000 yard season! #coltstrong
— Colts Grille (@ColtsGrille) November 23, 2014"
Even in a down game for the Colts last week against the New England Patriots, Hilton had four receptions for 122 yards and a score. Washington's defense seems less equipped to slow down Hilton, and I'd be willing to bet the speedster plays big on Sunday.
Arian Foster: $8,800 on Draft Kings and $8,700 on FanDuel

John McClain of The Houston Chronicle reported good news for Houston Texans and fantasy football fans. Per McClain, Texans head coach Bill O'Brien said that the team's star running back, Arian Foster, "looked pretty good" in practice early in the week.
Per the team's official site, Foster is listed as probable.
A groin injury has kept Foster out of the last two games, but before he went down, he was having a phenomenal year. In just eight games played, he has already amassed 822 rushing yards, 26 receptions, 229 receiving yards and 10 total touchdowns.
The Texans are set to take on the Tennessee Titans this week, and the latter just happens to be the worst team in the NFL against the run.
Back in Week 8, Foster ran for 151 yards, caught four passes and scored three times in a 30-16 win at Tennessee. Because it appears Foster may be as healthy this week as he has been in three weeks, he's a good bet to have a big day.
Jacob Tamme: $3,100 on Draft Kings and $5,000 on FanDuel

ESPN.com's Jeff Legwold says Denver Broncos tight end Julius Thomas did some work in practice on Sunday:
However, he's still very risky to start as he recuperates from his injury. We all know Peyton Manning is the master at getting the most out of his receiving and tight end group.
Based on Jacob Tamme's familiarity with Manning from their days in Indianapolis together, he seems like a logical pick if you're looking for an unexpected and low-cost boon.
On Draft Kings, Tamme is only going for $3,100 in salary. That'll be a bargain if he can find the end zone once.
