Colin Kaepernick, Michael Crabtree, Anquan Boldin Post-Week 13 Fantasy Reaction
With a playoff spot on the line for several owners, Colin Kaepernick was disappointing against the Seattle Seahawks. Whether it was with his arm or legs, he was underwhelming for owners on Thanksgiving.
On the receiving end of the limited passes were Michael Crabtree and Anquan Boldin, with neither posting strong point totals.

Kaepernick finished last season with just one touchdown and four interceptions against the Seahawks and looked just as puzzled on Thursday night. But not all of the blame should be placed on Kaep, as Louis Riddick of ESPN points out:
Crabtree and Boldin have traded off standout games this season, but neither was able to help owners with Kaepernick scuffling. All three have to face the Seahawks again in the fantasy playoffs but have a more favorable matchup next Sunday.
Owners have a right to worry about Kaepernick, but he should rebound next week against the Oakland Raiders. Kaep has been erratic all season, but the Raiders allow an average of 16.93 points to quarterbacks.
The top two receivers are risky with Oakland shutting down wideouts in the last four weeks to the tune of 17.38 points total. Given their up-and-down seasons thus far, keeping Crabtree or Boldin on the bench seems like a smart decision outside of deep leagues.
