White Hart Lane Pitch Invader Takes Selfies with Spurs Players, Evades Stewards
A pitch invader managed to get onto the field during Tottenham Hotspur's European clash with Partizan Belgrade in the Europa League and managed to not only get some selfies with players but also evade security for well over a minute.

The fan was eventually caught but not before a somewhat leisurely trip around the ground, including stops for pictures with the likes of Kyle Naughton and Jan Vertonghen before giving security the runaround.

It was arguably more entertaining than the 0-0 draw that was unfolding on the pitch but could well lead to further investigation from UEFA.

Two more pitch invaders then followed suit, at which point the referee took the players off the park briefly.
A theory soon emerged that the pitch invaders might have been part of a marketing stunt, with all three wearing the same shirt:
"Seems all three invaders were wearing shirts advertising the same company.

"Some sort of marketing stunt orchestrated from the away end has caused match stoppage at White Hart Lane, according to Ned Boulting.

"The company, preposterously, makes Spurs' official headphones. Quite excited to be here on the night football finally ate itself.

However, plenty believed that the invasion was the work of internet pranksters Trollstation:
"@AndrewHaigh If you're on about the pitch invader taking a selfie I believe it was @NathanAHTV from the YouTube channel 'Trollstation'

Whatever the case, it is unlikely that this is the last we have heard of the incident.
