Chelsea Reportedly in Hunt for 'New Ronaldo' Mauro Icardi

Chelsea already have a wealth of attacking talent, but it hasn't stopped them being linked with one of Europe's up-and-coming stars.
The Express reports Chelsea are going head-to-head with Liverpool for Inter Milan's Mauro Icardi, the striker being dubbed as the "new Ronaldo."
Icardi was apparently being chased by both clubs in the summer, but opted to remain in Serie A.
Now that Roberto Mancini has returned as Inter boss, however, the 21-year-old is reportedly not in his plans and is available for transfer.
The Express report suggests Icardi could command a fee of up to £28 million.
Chelsea Target Marco Reus Injures Ankles Ligaments

He's one of the hottest properties in European football, but Marco Reus is back on the treatment table once more, ruled out until January with ankle ligament damage according to Reuters (h/t the Guardian).
Reus was forced to miss the World Cup this summer with a similar problem and is now sidelined after injuring himself in Borussia Dortmund's 2-2 draw with Paderborn at the weekend.
The German has recently been linked with a move to Chelsea in a swap deal with Andre Schurrle, which has been reported across the media in the past few weeks, including in the Express.
It's not clear yet whether his latest injury woe could scupper that deal.
