Tony Romo, Dez Bryant, Cole Beasley's Post-Week 12 Fantasy Reaction

Joseph ZuckerNov 23, 2014

This doesn't come as news, but Tony Romo and Dez Bryant are really, really good. The two combined for the go-ahead score with 61 seconds remaining to give the Dallas Cowboys a 31-28 win over the New York Giants on Sunday night.

Romo and Bryant were among Week 12's top fantasy producers.

The Cowboys quarterback has received some grief in the past for his decision-making in the crucial moments of games. TSN's Michael Landsberg believes that Romo's put that criticism to bed:

Romo and Bryant are obviously worth starting every week that they're healthy.

Early on, Bryant was a bit disappointing in that he was hovering near the top 10 among fantasy wide receivers rather than the top two or three. With six touchdowns in his last four games, the Pro Bowl WR's hitting his stride.

Also worth mentioning from Sunday night is the performance of Cole Beasley.

This was by far his best showing of the season, but it's probably too early to consider him a waiver-wire addition. Forty-five of his 66 receiving yards came on one catch, and he was targeted only twice.

Patience isn't always a virtue this late in the season, but it is probably a better idea to see if Beasley can replicate this—or something close to it—next week.
