
Peyton Manning, Jacob Tamme's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 12
You aren't going to keep Peyton Manning down for long.
After a disappointing Week 11 performance—at least by the future Hall of Famer's lofty standards—Manning bounced back with a dominant showing against the Miami Dolphins in Week 12:

The 'Fins entered the week with Football Outsiders' second-ranked pass defense, and Manning was without red-zone monster Julius Thomas, so many expected another letdown effort. But after a slow start, Manning was back to his normal self, moving the ball with surgical precision.
He's a "no-duh" top-three QB each and every week.
On the flip side of things, Jacob Tamme was expected to have a major impact with Thomas sidelined, but he was essentially non-existent:

Thomas, who was a game-time decision, is a good bet to return for Week 13. But even if he isn't back, Tamme can safely be let go in fantasy leagues. There are safer TE2 options.
