Christian Eriksen rescued Tottenham with a late goal to secure three points for Spurs over 10-man Hull with a superbly taken effort.

Jake Livermore scored a lovely goal for Hull, giving the hosts an early lead against Tottenham, Livermore's former club 

Livermore hit a well-taken low shot that beat Hugo Lloris at the far post. He then neglected to celebrate afterward.

Hull were reduced to 10 men in the second half after Gaston Ramirez was sent off for a foul on Jan Vertonghen.

Harry Kane equalised for Tottenham not long after Ramirez's sending off, as Kane Pounced on a rebound when Christian Eriksen's free-kick hit the post. 

Roberto Soldado and Kane both missed opportunities in front of Hull's goal to put the visitors in front in quick succession.
