ESPN's Vaughn McClure reported on how he looked on the sidelines late in the fourth:
He would not return.
The Pro Bowler, who was in the middle of the best game of his career, had 259 yards on 11 receptions with a touchdown before exiting and will likely cede a majority of his snaps to Harry Douglas. Douglas, who has battled foot problems all season, returned in Week 10 and has slowly worked his way back into the offense.
Jones was limited to five games in 2013 after fracturing his foot for the second time in his short career but has largely been healthy this season. He had an illness before the Falcons' Week 12 clash with the Cleveland Browns, but the physical ailments have been largely nonexistent.
