Larry Riley Already Proving His Incompetence

Larry Riley has taken over as general manager for the Golden State Warriors. After replacing the departed Chris Mullin, his first trade as a Warrior would prove just how much the Warriors need a general manager with some sense.

Riley's first trade? What was it?

Trading Marco Belinelli to the Toronto Raptors for Devean George.

Before Belinelli was injured last year his game had improved tremendously, especially on the defensive side. When he was drafted by the Warriors, Belinelli was already known for his shooting touch.

Belinelli will now get more freedom and more minutes with the Raptors.

He will definitely help the Raptors by providing instant offense.

Now, the question for the Warriors is, what does George bring to the team?

George is a good defender, but he's not a good shooter or scorer. He also has playoff experience that most of the Warriors players do not have, but the problem is George is also injury prone.

George hasn't appeared in more than 70 games since the 2005-2006.

Again another questionable decision by the Warriors management. Pretty much the Warriors gave the Raptors Belinelli.
