The 24-year-old is in the midst of a career season, recording 26 receptions for 374 yards and seven touchdowns entering Week 11.
Allen's absence will hurt the Colts offense somewhat, but Coby Fleener has the skills to fill in as a strong option for Luck. Indy's passing attack shouldn't lose much steam with Allen sidelined.
