J.J. Watt Gets 10th Forced Fumble and 10th Recovered Fumble of Career

Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt had an eventful game in Sunday's 23-7 win over the Cleveland Browns, with his big performance including both the 10th forced fumble and 10th recovered fumble of his career, per ESPN Stats & Info.

In the first half alone, Watt had a touchdown reception, a sack, a tackle for loss on a run play and a pair of roughing the kicker penalties, in addition to the forced fumble and recovered fumble, according to John McClain of The Houston Chronicle.

Watt would later add another tackle for loss in the second half, finishing his day with five takedowns (four solo), three of which went for a loss.

The 25-year-old defensive end, who debuted in 2011, is the only player in the NFL with 10 or more forced fumbles and 10 or more recovered fumbles over the last four seasons.

An obvious favorite to be named NFL Defensive Player of the Year for a second time in three seasons, Watt has 44 tackles (30 solo), 9.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, three recovered fumbles, an interception and two defensive touchdowns through 10 games. He also has seven tackles for loss on running plays, seven passes defensed and a pair of receiving touchdowns.

But, while he did block one kick earlier this season, Watt may let up a bit on his future punt block attempts, after twice crashing into Browns punter Spencer Lanning during Sunday's game.
