Marc J. Spears of Yahoo Sports and Josh Robbins of OrlandoSentinel.com later confirmed Gordon would be evaluated by a specialist:
Robbins later weighed in on how Gordon's injury will impact the Magic: "Gordon’s absence should create more playing time for third-year swingman Maurice Harkless, who has played sparingly so far this season."
The fourth overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft has averaged 5.8 points and three rebounds in 15 minutes per game through 11 appearances. Orlando will lean heavily on starter Channing Frye and backup Kyle O'Quinn to make up for the loss at power forward.
