Russell Wilson, Doug Baldwin, Jermaine Kearse's Post-Week 10 Fantasy Reaction

Brian MaziqueNov 9, 2014

Russell Wilson finds a way to get it done. That was the case Sunday as it pertained to the Seattle Seahawks' bottom line and his fantasy numbers.

Wilson didn't do well through the air in Seattle's 38-17 win over the New York Giants, but he did do damage on the ground.

Without question, the two interceptions stung, but going over 100 yards on the ground and finding the end zone helped to make the Seahawks quarterback an asset to his fantasy owners.

Wilson's struggles in the passing game didn't do much to help his receivers, though.

Both Doug Baldwin and Jermaine Kearse had so-so days.

The Seahawks were dominant on the ground Sunday totaling five rushing touchdowns, and this could be the path the team takes moving forward. Seattle's defense isn't quite as scary as it was last season. Thus, leading heavily on the run game is a logical approach.

A run-heavy attack would keep its defense off the field, and play to the defending champion's obvious strength.

That's probably going to be bad news for Baldwin and Kearse's fantasy output moving forward.
