A.J. Green's Fantasy Trade Value, Updated Outlook After Week 10
There will be no better time to buy low on A.J. Green.
The star wide receiver, much like the rest of his Cincinnati Bengals teammates, had a forgettable Thursday night. Take a look at his final stats, which likely have his fantasy owners in a fit of rage and willing to sell:

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
There is, of course, reason to be a bit worried here. And that reason is Andy Dalton.
In what was one of the worst quarterback performances you'll likely ever see, Dalton completed 10 of 33 throws for 86 yards and more interceptions (three) than points in his QB rating (2.0).
As it turns out, it's difficult for receivers to be productive when their quarterback isn't very good at quarterbacking. NFL.com's Dan Hanzus put it simply:
Still, somewhat surprisingly, there were positive signs from Thursday night.
First, and most importantly, Green is healthy. After missing three games and being severely limited for a fourth, the University of Georgia product returned last week and played on only 56 percent of Cincy's offensive snaps, per FootballOutsiders.com.
But on Thursday, according to Pro Football Focus' Nathan Jahnke, Green was a full go before the starters were removed:
With a long week ahead of him, Green's toe injury should be completely behind him.
A second positive sign is that he received 10 targets. Mohamed Sanu's emergence over the last month raised questions about the amount of looks Green would see upon his return. If anything, Sanu is simply going to relieve the defensive pressure. Green's workload won't change.
Moreover, Dalton can't play this bad every week, and the rest of the Bengals' schedule is friendly: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Week 13) and Houston Texans (Week 12) have given up the most fantasy points to wide receivers, while no team on the remaining docket is among the 10 stingiest squads.
Considering the inconsistency of the offense, Green can't be viewed as a top five fantasy wide receiver anymore. But if you're trying to judge his value moving forward, the talented superstar still belongs between No. 5 and No. 10 at the position.
