NFL Odds: Opening Spreads for Week 10 Betting
The Kansas City Chiefs will take the field as 1.5-point road favorites this weekend when they visit the Buffalo Bills in a key matchup between AFC playoff contenders.
The Chiefs have silenced the doubters with five straight-up wins in their last six games while posting against-the-spread wins in six of their last seven games. A stingy defense has been the key to success for KC, allowing just 17.3 points per game this season and 17 points total in the team's last two outings.
Buffalo also goes into this Sunday’s Chiefs vs. Bills betting matchup at Ralph Wilson Stadium with a 5-3 record. The Bills have struggled to reward bettors, going 2-2 SU at home this season but just 1-3 ATS, with a poor 2-4 ATS mark overall in their last six games.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Bills have been much more reliable in recent home dates against the Chiefs, going 6-1 SU and ATS in KC’s last seven visits. Low-scoring affairs have been the norm this season, with both teams seeing the under, going 6-2 in the first half of the season.
The 5-3 Miami Dolphins will look to keep pace with the Bills and Chiefs when they travel to Detroit to take on the NFC North-leading Lions as three-point underdogs at sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark.
The Dolphins improved to 4-1 SU and ATS in their last five with a convincing 37-0 win over San Diego last weekend. Miami’s defense has held opposing offenses to 14 or fewer points during their current streak, with their last three games going under the point total.
The 6-2 Lions own the NFL’s stoutest defense, surrendering just 15.8 points per game. But the unit has allowed 22 points per game in the team's last two contests, a pair of last-minute one-point wins in which the Lions failed to cover as slim favorites.
The 5-3 Green Bay Packers will try to keep pace with Detroit when they renew their rivalry against the 3-5 Chicago Bears Sunday night, pegged as 7.5-point favorites according to sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark.
The Bears are just 1-4 SU and ATS in their last five, while the Packers had a four-game SU and ATS winning streak stopped by New Orleans in their last outing.
In other Week 10 NFL betting action, the Cincinnati Bengals are favored by six over the visiting Cleveland Browns, while the New Orleans Saints are 4.5-point home favorites against the struggling San Francisco 49ers. The Philadelphia Eagles are favored by six over Carolina on Monday night.
