AFC East Preview: A Division Decided By One Mans Knee.

Garry VoltaireJul 28, 2009

Patriots 13-3*(home field): Best off-season pick up: Joey Galloway and Fred Taylor.

With Brady back this team is that much better, and in my opinion this is a better offense then the 07 team. For the reason, that they have the ultimate triple threat with Welker, Moss and Galloway. They all have their own talent that makes them so dangerous. Also they have a pretty good 1, 2 punch in the running game with Taylor and Maroney.

Dolphins 10-6: best off-season pick up: Jason Taylor

This team is very good but in my opinion not good enough, their offense still lacks a top notch receiver. It would be interesting to see what Jason Taylor has left in the tank. Also the Dolphins will be counting on rookies like Vontae Davis and Patrick Turner to step and help the needed areas on this team.

Bills 7-9: Best off-season pick up: Terrell Owens.

The big area of concern is the Bills o-O-line can they protect Trent Edwards without Jason Peters. The Bills took a big risk on Owens, but his upside out ways the downside. He gives Edwards another option on offense and frees on Evans on the outside. Their Defense is still bit suspect, especially at LB but their offense is good enough to keep this team at a respectable level.

Jets 5-11: Best off-season pick up: Mark Sanchez .

In my opinion the Jets downfall will be on the offensive side of the ball. Mark Sanchez in my opinion is not ready to a starting NFL QB yet, their O-line is a bit suspect and their receiving corps is about average. The only thing keeping this offense afloat most of the season is Thomas Jones. On defense this team is talented and with Rex Ryan being a defensive guru, this defense will make a huge improvement over last year.
