2014 Fantasy Football Quarterback Rankings: Week 10
With another exciting week of football under our belts, here are the Lester’s Legends 2014 Week 10 fantasy football quarterback rankings.
1. Peyton Manning, Denver Broncos
Peyton Manning is averaging 321.5 yards and three touchdowns per game. He should dominate the Oakland Raiders. Last year he averaged 320 yards and 3.5 touchdowns against them.
2. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers is averaging 261.5 yards and 2.4 touchdowns per game. The bye came at the right time for Rodgers to let his hamstring heal. He should put up big numbers against the Chicago Bears. The Bears have allowed 262.3 yards and 2.1 touchdowns per game through the air.
3. Drew Brees, New Orleans Saints
Drew Brees is averaging 315.5 yards and 1.9 touchdown passes per game. He faces the San Francisco 49ers. The Niners have allowed 1.8 touchdown passes per game.
4. Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons
Matty Ice is averaging 288.3 yards and 1.9 touchdown passes per game. He comes out of his bye to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Bucs have allowed 285.3 yard and 2.3 touchdown passes per game.
5. Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers
Ben Roethlisberger has 12 touchdown passes in his past two games. Antonio Brown, Martavis Bryant and Markus Wheaton form a solid trio for Big Ben against the New York Jets. The Jets have allowed 2.7 touchdown passes per game.
6. Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears
Jay Cutler is averaging 261.6 yards and 2.1 touchdowns per game. He squares off with the Green Bay Packers on the road. Cutler is averaging 259.6 yards and 2.4 touchdowns per game in road starts.
7. Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers
Cam Newton is averaging 224.3 passing yards, a passing touchdown, 32.2 rushing yards and 0.3 rushing yards per game. He faces the Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles averaged 256.3 yards and 2.1 touchdowns per game.
8. Matthew Stafford, Detroit Lions
Matthew Stafford is averaging 277 yards and 1.4 touchdowns per game. Coming out of the bye, he could have more of his weapons back to face the Miami Dolphins. Miami kept Philip Rivers in check, but if Megatron is back I like Stafford's chances.
9. Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys
Tony Romo (back) should return to face the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to Pro Football Talk. Romo is averaging 249.8 yards and 1.9 touchdown passes per game. The Jags have allowed 263.4 yards and 1.7 touchdown passes per game.
10. Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks
Russell Wilson is averaging 208.6 passing yards, 1.4 passing touchdowns, 45.3 rushing yards and 0.4 rushing touchdowns per game. He turned in a dud against the Raiders, but look for him to bounce back against the New York Giants.
