Chelsea Chasing West Ham United Youngster Reece Oxford

West Ham United have a rich pedigree of bringing young players through the ranks, but according to Sky Sports, one of their brightest talents in the academy could be set to leave for Chelsea, Arsenal or Manchester United.

Reece Oxford, a 15-year-old centre-back at Upton Park, is believed to be stalling on signing a professional deal with the Hammers.

As a result, Chelsea, Arsenal and United are on alert.

The defender doesn't turn 16 until December, but he is already a regular in the West Ham under-21s and has also captained England at under-17 level.

With news of him yet to agree a deal, it is believed some of the Premier League's clubs have been scouting Oxford in recent weeks.

Should he leave Upton Park before signing professional terms, Oxford's transfer fee will be agreed by tribunal.
