Daniel Thomas' Updated Fantasy Outlook After Lamar Miller's Injury

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Coming into Sunday's matchup, Thomas had been implemented in limited fashion throughout the season. The Dolphins backup had 18 attempts for 93 yards along with seven receptions for 83 yards.

Thomas' stint as the starter on Sunday didn't go well in relief of Miller. In fact, the first 11 touches out of the backfield led to eight rushing yards and 14 receiving yards. Without a touchdown on the season, his stock remains low at this point.
The scarcely-used back did have one notable reception, as Greg Likens of 940 WINZ notes:
Success from some backups around the league like Jeremy Hill and Andre Williams this season might make owners excited to pick up Thomas, but he's simply not of their caliber. And with Miller's status still up in the air at this point, Thomas is a low-upside pickup this week at best.
Along with his limited value, Thomas would also face a tough matchup in Week 10. Traveling to take on a well-rested Detroit Lions defense, the Dolphins will have to contend with a team that gives up the second-fewest yards per game (74.0) and just four total rushing touchdowns this year.
