According to Tania Ganguli of ESPN.com, Foster left the field and went to the locker room for further evaluation:

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Foster has been an absolute fantasy juggernaut this season. Unfortunately for owners with Foster in the lineup, the veteran's history of soft-tissue injuries should have them very concerned about his long-term effectiveness.
| Arian Foster | 15 | 56 | 3.7 | 0 | 2 | 3 | 63 | 1 |
| Alfred Blue | 7 | 13 | 1.9 | 0 | 1 | 2 | -3 | 0 |
Houston has a bye in Week 10 and that’s good news for Foster and his owners.
As for Blue, fantasy owners should be picking him up in leagues where he is still available. If the injury to Foster is serious enough to force him to miss time, Blue will be the team’s workhorse back and would borderline on a RB2 in standard-scoring leagues.
For owners with Foster, handcuff the back by placing a waiver-wire claim on Blue.
