Washington running back Silas Redd was listed as inactive for Sunday's Week 9 game against the Minnesota Vikings.

The team announced Redd would miss the contest via Twitter: 

And Dianna Marie Russini of NBC4 confirmed, the injury was the result of a bus accident on Sunday morning sustained by the team as it was headed to TCF Bank Stadium:

Redd, an undrafted rookie out of USC, has rushed just nine times for 46 yards and a score this season. He is firmly behind Alfred Morris and Roy Helu on the depth chart.
