The St. Louis Rams (3-5) managed to secure a shocking win on the road against the tough San Francisco 49ers (4-4). 

With St. Louis up 13-10, the 49ers offense had the ball on the goal line with seconds remaining in the game, but an astonishing stand by the Rams defense secured the win. San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick fumbled while trying to punch one in, and the Rams recovered—securing an unlikely win for St. Louis. 

The story of the game was undoubtedly the St. Louis defense. The Rams defensive line recorded seven sacks, including six in the first half. As a result, Kaepernick was rattled and the entire San Francisco offense struggled to find its groove. 

Austin Davis and the St. Louis offense struggled and mustered just one touchdown against the 49ers, but that was evidently enough to survive. 

It was an incredible win for the Rams in their first appearance at the new Levi's Stadium in San Francisco. The Rams are a totally different team against their NFC West rivals, and this game is proof. 

Things will not get any easier for the Rams next week, as they travel to the southwest to take on the 7-1 Arizona Cardinals. For the 49ers, they'll hit the road against the New Orleans Saints.
