Peterson's Return Vital to Cardinals' Defense
The Cardinals used a top-five pick to grab Peterson in the 2011 draft. He's spent the past handful of years proving the franchise made the right decision. The LSU product quickly developed into a highly reliable corner with game-breaking ability.
He's also illustrated terrific durability. He hasn't missed a regular-season game in his career, including stretches when he was making an impact on special teams and receiving some offensive snaps. Those latter duties were taken away as his importance on defense increased.
