Brazilian Goalkeeper Ceni Breaks Ryan Giggs' Record for Most Wins with 1 Club
When he finally retired near the end of last season, Ryan Giggs held a host of records, but one of them is now gone.
Giggs previously held the record for most victories with one club after playing a part in 589 Manchester United victories.
However, now veteran Sao Paulo goalkeeper Rogerio Ceni has topped him after leading his side to a 3-0 win over Goias on Monday night.

As Sportskeeda, via Yahoo, reports:
"(Ceni) holds the world records for most goals scored as a goalkeeper, most matches played for one club, most games as captain and now most wins for one club too. A set-piece specialist, he has scored as many as 123 goals. He came close last week but could only draw against Chapecoense. He has appeared in 1173 games captaining them on 867 occasions and has won 590 of them for his team.
"
The 41-year-old Ceni is finally set to retire at the end of the season after being with Sao Paulo since 1992.
Giggs can at least say he has scored more goals than Ceni, closing out his Manchester United career with 168 goals, but given Ceni is a goalkeeper, that's not saying much.
The 13 Premier League titles and two Champions Leagues might cushion this latest blow, however.
