Arian Foster, Alfred Blue's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 8
Arian Foster has given fantasy owners reason to pause at times this year. After all, his injury issues—he's already missed two games this year and missed eight last year—are concerning.
But boy, when Foster is on the field, he's a force to be reckoned with.

For the fourth time in a row, Foster reached double-digit fantasy points in standard leagues on Sunday. For the third time in four weeks and for the fourth time this season, he exceeded 20 fantasy points. For the first time, he exceeded 30 points. He's now gone for nine or more fantasy points in all but one game he's played this year.

A healthy Foster is an RB1 and one of the top options at the position.
That makes being his backup a boring job at times. Alfred Blue is a player worth rostering, namely for Foster owners, simply because Foster has missed 10 games since last year and Blue is the clear No. 2. But you simply can't start him, even in the deepest of leagues, as Foster is Houston's workhorse.
Keep Blue as a handcuff. But keep him on the bench.
