St. Louis Rams vs. Kansas City Chiefs: Live Score and Analysis for St. Louis
The St. Louis Rams (2-5) suffered a humiliating 34-7 loss against the interstate-rival Kansas City Chiefs (4-3) for the Missouri Governor's Cup.
The Rams got off to a promising start on the opening drive. Austin Davis took the offense over 60 yards in six plays, and ended the drive with a touchdown pass to tight end Lance Kendricks.
It appeared St. Louis showed up to play, but the Chiefs were resilient. Rather than panicking and abandoning the run, Kansas City stuck with the ground game, and it paid off.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Jamaal Charles had 73 rushing yards and two scores, while Knile Davis added another 49 yards and a touchdown. The Chiefs produced 34 unanswered points following St. Louis' opening score.
The Kansas City defense also managed to wake up and play well. Davis was sacked seven times by the Chiefs defense and finished with a dreadful 60-percent completion rate (which is actually an inflated number due to Kansas City's prevent defense at the end of the game).
It won't get any easier for the Rams, who have San Francisco, Arizona, Denver and San Diego up next, in that order.
For the Chiefs, who have now won four of their last five, they'll take on the hapless New York Jets next week—a prime opportunity to secure a three-game win streak.
Thanks you for following, and be sure to stop by next week for St. Louis' matchup against the 49ers.
