2009 College Football Season: Thoughts From the Throne Part Two

As I grind out another thought, I wonder in amazement about all the hoopla that was the SEC media days.

Was it just me or was Lane Kiffin kissing some a** when he was up there.

So Steve Spurrier didn’t vote for Tebow, I mean he didn’t vote at all.

How many coaches do this I wonder?

I recently found out I will be working opening weekend so now the drama really starts for me.

How much sleep do you really need during football season?

To set this up, I work 12 hour shifts but I don’t know which shift I am working. I am off on Thursday so I know I am watching South Carolina at N.C State and Oregon at Boise State.

After that I don’t know what I am going to do.

Damn that’s too much to think about now.

Question for everybody: do you like games during the week?

I can already hear the fights with the wife. “All you ever do is watch football!” “I hate football season.” And because of that, we will say only on this occasion, "Here’s some money go shopping, but can you bring me back some beer?”
