Arsenal Snatch Champions League Win at Anderlecht Thanks to 2 Late Goals

Arsenal's hopes of progressing in the Champions League were thrown into jeopardy on Wednesday evening by Anderlecht, who went 1-0 ahead in their Group D tie.

In the 71st minute of what had up to that point been an uneventful game, Dennis Praet put a cross on the head of winger Andy Najar.

However, Kieran Gibbs then popped up in the 89th minute to level matters, and at that stage Arsenal fans would have been happy enough with a point.

But things were to get even better for the Gunners, as Podolski snatched all three points right at the death.
