Most NFL quarterbacks can't go out in public without being hounded by fans, but St. Louis Rams signal-caller Austin Davis doesn't have that problem. In fact, some people at the Rams' facility don't even know who he is.
Davis revealed on The Dan Patrick Show Monday that he was stopped last week because a team security guard didn't recognize the 25-year-old.
It seems hard to believe that security wouldn't know a club's starting quarterback, but that's apparently the case in St. Louis.
However, if the team keeps playing like it did in its 28-26 win over the Seattle Seahawks, he will have a tough time going out in public without drawing some admiring stares.
Davis talked about the funny moment at around the 1:05 mark.
