Luis Enrique has announced his squad for the Catalan Super Cup match against Espanyol in Girona on Wednesday evening. He has picked 20 first team players plus seven from the reserves.

The big story is the presence of Adriano Correia, who has been declared fully fit.

Barcelona full-back Adriano will miss the Catalan side's Champions League clash with Ajax.

The Brazilian defender continues to struggle with a muscle injury, as noted by Barca's official website: "Luis Enrique won't be able to count on Adriano Correia for Tuesday's 8.45 PM CET Champions League match against Ajax at the Camp Nou. The Brazilian has been feeling a bit of tightness in his right adductor."

Adriano has made just two starts and one substitute appearance this season, per WhoScored.com. He featured in the Blaugrana's 1-0 European win over APOEL, but he didn't appear during the loss to Paris Saint-Germain.

His last display came on Sept. 27, a match which saw him complete a straightforward 90 minutes during the 6-0 domestic victory over Granada.

Luis Enrique should not be hit too hard by the Brazilian's absence. Both Jordi Alba and Jeremy Mathieu have performed admirably at left-back so far this term.

Barcelona do need a win in Tuesday's clash with Ajax, though. They have picked up only three points from their opening two Champions League matches, so defeat would leave them in a tricky position in the group.
