Wes Welker's, Emmanuel Sanders' Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 7
Sufficiently feeding the endless line of talented pass-catchers in the Denver Broncos offense seems impossible, but Peyton Manning is clearly up to the task.
After turning the Thomases—Demaryius and Julius—into two of the most valuable players in fantasy football through the first five games, the veteran quarterback spread the wealth Sunday night, finding Emmanuel Sanders and Wes Welker for early touchdowns against the San Francisco 49ers.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Here's a look at their final numbers:
| Emmanuel Sanders | 3 | 3 | 41 | 13.7 | 1 | 10.1 |
| Wes Welker | 3 | 3 | 50 | 16.7 | 1 | 11 |
While both players finished with just three targets, the game was out of hand quickly and Manning ended up throwing just 26 times, which was tied for a season-low. Although it was each receiver's first touchdown grab of the year, they both have obvious value in this offense moving forward.
Sports Illustrated's Doug Farrar talked about Sanders' importance:
The former Steeler is second on the Broncos' explosive offense in targets, making him a solid WR2 with huge upside in PPR leagues.
Welker is a little more difficult to trust, as he is the clear fourth option and doesn't quite have the big-play ability as the others. Still, he's in a role that makes him a solid WR3 or flex option.
There's going to be inconsistency—Demaryius Thomas and Julius Thomas are still Manning's No. 1 and 2 targets, especially in the red zone—but there's clearly room for everyone in this offense to help fantasy owners.
