Russell Wilson, Doug Baldwin, Cooper Helfet's Post-Week 7 Fantasy Reaction
Russell Wilson is very good. Doug Baldwin is the Seattle Seahawks' wide receiver you want to own. And Cooper Helfet is, well, somebody you probably hadn't heard of before Sunday.
Without question, there are questions surrounding the Seahawks passing game in a post-Percy Harvin world. Fantasy owners need not question Wilson's value, of course—given his ability to run the ball, Wilson remains one of fantasy's most consistent producers. He has 17 or more fantasy points in five of six games this year and has scored 30 or more points in two of his last three games.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He's a stud, folks.
While none of the Seahawks receivers are great options for your team, Baldwin is now the one to own. Coming into the week, he was second to Harvin in receptions (16), yards (187) and targets (25). He absolutely blew up against the St. Louis Rams, however.

And then there's Helfet, the team's third-string tight end who was thrust into starting duty with Zach Miller and Luke Willson both hurt. And you have to give him credit for stepping up.
Keep in mind that he was a third-stringer for a reason, however. Fantasy owners need not bother adding Helfet, in other words.
Hit me up on Twitter—I'll answer your fantasy questions and make some corny jokes, too. It's more fun than trying to keep a straight face while offering Percy Harvin for Julius Thomas in a trade.
