Denard Robinson, Storm Johnson, Jordan Todman's Post-Week 7 Fantasy Reaction
Stay away.
Those should be the words emblazoned next to any running backs who currently play for the Jacksonville Jaguars in your fantasy league, because right now in Jacksonville the position is a bit of a mess.
With Toby Gerhart missing in action for the second straight week, the team has sent fantasy owners mixed signals. In Week 6, Storm Johnson led the team in carries (10), was second in rushing yards (21) and had the only touchdown of the backfield bunch.

In Week 7, however, it was Denard Robinson who seemed to be emphasized in the game plan and stepped up in a big way, perhaps taking a step ahead of Johnson and Jordan Todman in the pecking order.
| Denard Robinson | 22 | 127 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 18 |
| Storm Johnson | 6 | 16 | 0 | 0 | 1 | 7 |
| Jordan Todman | 0 | 0 | 1 | 26 | 0 | 2 |
With Gerhart likely to return in Week 8, the Jags now have a full-blown conundrum on their hands. Gerhart hasn't exactly looked good this year but was signed in the offseason, so one would guess he would remain the incumbent.
Still, of the three players in action in Week 7, Robinson is the only one who has flashed at all thus far. So if you are in a deeper league looking for a sleeper this year, Robinson is probably as close as you'll get in Jacksonville. Just don't expect much from week to week. His big performance in Week 7 feels like the exception from this backfield, not the rule.
Hit me up on Twitter—I'll answer your fantasy questions and make some corny jokes, too. It's more fun than trying to keep a straight face while offering Percy Harvin for Julius Thomas in a trade.
