The 35-year-old was stopped by the Tampa Police Department at 2:06 a.m. and was booked at 4:35 a.m. after refusing to have his blood-alcohol content tested. He was released later Thursday morning on a $500 bond. Auman provided more details on the incident that caused the arrest:

The Bucs have since parted ways with Harris, according to Roy Cummings of the Tampa Tribune:

Harris had come to the Bucs in 2014 with first-year head coach Lovie Smith. He had worked on Smith's staff while the two were with the Chicago Bears in the same job capacity.

Previously, Harris had worked as the Minnesota Vikings' player development assistant for three years before joining the Bears organization.
