Cincinnati Bengals: Mike Brown and Duck Tales
Anyone know what Mike Brown is doing right now?
He's having the same scientists from the Large Hadron Collider research a way for him to swim in the money he's saving by not paying rent on PBS this season.
Does it even really seem like a stretch? Scrooge McDuck and Mike Brown have so much in common it makes me wonder if Duck Tales is an animated allegory to Big Mike's life.
For those of you unfamiliar with Scrooge McDuck, and shame on you for not watching one of the greatest Disney series of all time, here is the Wikipedia description of the character:
"Scrooge McDuck is a serious businessman, the richest duck in the world, a tightwad who accumulated a fortune by being 'smarter than the smarties, and tougher than the toughies'. Despite his harsh business ethics, Scrooge is caring to his family. Huey, Dewey, and Louie are Scrooge's great-nephews, who are left in his care during the entire length of the series."
Sound familiar to anyone?
PS - I'd like to apologize for my lack of posts recently. Working a job that's not called "Sportswriter" requires a larger investment of time, but do not worry because I have replaced the time allotted for shaving with blogging
