Its official: Boise State and Virginia Tech will meet. The game is scheduled for October 2, 2010 at FedEx Field In Landover, Md.
The Broncos receive $1.25 million for the game, with the television rights belonging to the ACC (whatever that entails).
For sure, Bronco fans will do whatever it takes to travel and support Boise State. The Bronco fan base will be there in droves. All the east coast Broncos will have the opportunity to witness a live game.
How exciting is that?
The rest of the Bronco fans are in for a few fun-filled days of travel and there is still one year to free up schedules, hire a few extra peoples, and make it happen.
This no doubt will be a landmark game for Boise State; the Broncos will play a great team on one of the finest NFL fields in the country. FedEx Field seats over 90 thousand screaming, pom-pom waiving, beer drinking, hot dog eating, and football loving fans.
The tailgating will be story itself. Go Broncos.
