'We’ll see how he is next week when we start off on Wednesday and we’ll go from there,' Garrett said. 'Initially it was a three or four week type thing.
He traditionally heals fast. He’s a tough guy and we feel like he’s coming back relatively well.'

Dallas Cowboys offensive tackle Doug Free will miss the next three-to-four weeks after suffering a sprained right foot in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Seattle Seahawks.
Charean Williams of the Star-Telegram reported the diagnosis, though it has yet to be confirmed by the team. Free had to be helped off the field after coming up in obvious pain following a DeMarco Murray run in the fourth quarter. Though he returned to the game for Dallas' final offensive snap, Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett indicated they would have a clearer outlook on his injury in the coming days.
“I think he’s OK,” Garrett said. “He’s dealing with that injury, and we’ll see what it is here over the next few days.”
Free, a fourth-round pick in 2007, is in his eighth NFL season with the Cowboys. He has played in all 16 games each of the last five seasons after being intermittently used early in his career, moving back and forth between tackle spots.
Jermey Parnell will take over for Free at right tackle. Parnell has been with the Cowboys since 2010, making one start each of the past two seasons.
