Joe Hart Set for New Long-Term Deal

According to Simon Mullock in the Daily Mirror, City are set to offer Joe Hart a new contract after convincing the England goalkeeper he is Manuel Pellegrini's No. 1.
Mullock believes Hart's representatives will now sit down with Txiki Begiristain, the club's director of football, and discuss terms on a new five-year deal.
Hart is set to net himself a huge increase in salary. The new deal is expected to be heavily incentivised.
James Milner Part of Deal for Ross Barkley?

Paul Hetherington of the Daily Star is reporting that James Milner could be used as bait in a deal to lure Everton's Ross Barkley to the Etihad.
Barkley is thought to be a top City target, but the club have been quoted a whopping £50 million fee to secure his signature.
Milner, Hetherington says, could become part of the deal.
