Buzz: Brian Hoyer Won't Agree to Long-Term Deal with Johnny Manziel on Roster

The Cleveland Browns defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6, 31-10, which marked the second straight victory for quarterback Brian Hoyer and the Browns. Through six weeks, they're 3-2, which has them very much alive in the AFC North race.

With Johnny Manziel waiting on the sidelines, should the Browns consider keeping Hoyer around as their starter past this season? Are they more likely to put the franchise tag on Hoyer or offer him a long-term deal?
