Philadelphia Eagles Sign 15-Year-Old Leukemia Patient to 1-Day Contract

Colin Delaney is a 15-year-old battling leukemia.
His road to recovery is long and arduous, but the Philadelphia Eagles are hoping to ease that journey, if just for one day.
On Friday, the team signed Colin to a one-day contract that will put him on the sidelines as the Eagles take on the New York Giants Sunday night.

That's not all.
He recently got to play flag football as part of an Eagles-sponsored camp at a Ronald McDonald House. He received an added surprise when Eagles stars LeSean McCoy and Nick Foles showed up.

He even got to snap a picture with the team's cheerleaders.
