Meet Logan Routt, the 6'11" High School Quarterback
October 10, 2014
Everyone loves a tall quarterback—the guy who can see over his offensive linemen, command a huddle and fire the ball downfield. Most NFL signal-callers are listed between 6'2" and 6'6".
You think you know tall quarterbacks? Think again.
Meet Logan Routt, the 6'11", 220-pound quarterback at Cameron High School in Cameron, West Virginia.
According to his coach, Scott Holt (h/t MaxPreps' Stephen Spiewak), Routt "is a legit 6-11."

Here, you can see highlights of the skyscraping Routt at work.
Routt also plays basketball and baseball, where he excels. Per MaxPreps: "He took home all-state honorable mention honors for his work as a pitcher and first baseman."
It sounds like wherever coaches put him, Routt rises to the occasion.
