Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The first score to Williams came on a 43-yard play that was impressive for both the quarterback and receiver, as ESPN's Skip Bayless describes:
His "atonement" refers to a drop in the end zone earlier in the game, which was one of two throws to Williams into the end zone on the same drive. This is a good sign for fantasy owners. Not only is he a big part of the team's plans near the end zone, but Romo also trusts him enough to go back to the young receiver even after mistakes.
Touchdowns are difficult to trust in fantasy, but scoring five in five games this season means he should remain a top consideration going forward.
Meanwhile, Bryant continues to be one of the best receivers in the sport with his fourth score of the year. ESPN Stats & Info notes how well he has played in recent years:
Elliot Harrison of NFL Network notes how tough it is to stop the connection from Romo to Bryant:
The fifth-year receiver is one of the best at his position and should remain in fantasy lineups every week regardless of matchup. Romo and Williams need to be considered on a weekly basis depending on the opponent, but they are still top options going forward.
Of course, they all rank behind DeMarco Murray, who remains the focal point of the offense every game.
